Description

Prevention

If you have allergies, continue your medications. Try not to handle plants or animals. Stay indoors when possible.

Self Treatment

  • Over the counter antihistamines
  • Decongestant and antihistamine eye drops for itchy red eyes
  • Decongestants for sinus type headaches

  • Over the counter measures give no relief
  • You have breathing problems
  • Your eyes burn
  • Your tongue, lips, or eyelids are swollen
  • You have difficulty swallowing
  • Your skin itches (not sunburn)
  • You feel ill
